Summary of Certification Requirements

SprayPASS Membership                                                                                                                                                                 
for anyone supporting responsible ground spraying:

·        Annual membership fee of $11 GST inclusive (this should be tax deductible for professional spray operatives)

SprayPASS Certification 

To recognise spray operators who demonstrate Best Practice

Certification is for 2 years - usually a fee of $330.00 GST inclusive applies (this should be tax deductible for professional spray operatives)

NOTE: Early Bird Special until 31 December 2020 - 50% reduction in Certification fee combined with two years Membership $187.00

When you apply for Certification you will be asked to submit a number of signed and dated documents to provide evidence of achievement of the standards required. Depending on the standards achieved applicants may be granted SprayPASS Personal Certification at one of two levels:

1. Provisional Certification

2. Full Certification

It is expected that applicants will need time to bring some parts of their operation up to the standards required for Full Certification so Provisional provides a step on the way.

 Requirements for PROVISIONAL Certification

Submit (on-line, via email or post)

• Completed Pre-Program Questionnaire
• Signed and dated copy of the SprayPASS Code of Conduct 
• A copy of your valid (AQF3) Farm Chemical User Accredited Card
• Signed and dated copies of each of the self-audited Checklists  (except for the Machinery Check List) showing actions to be taken to meet compliance
• 3 separate spray application job records spanning at least 1 month

NOTE: Continuing Professional Development by way of undertaking approved Continuing Professional Development activities over two years is required to maintain Full Certification Status. 

Fees are payable every two years
